M1 counter staff IMM 12oct 4.PM

DEAR M1 Management

Please check this staff seriously working on the 12th OCT at about 4PM when my credit card was charged.TEL 93693758 (Tan Choy Lian) for corporate individual line 96534231

1) We went there specifically for the SAMSUNGS20 FE PROMO. An SMS was sent to me that promotion was for few days.

2) I showed this guy the promotion msg and he said promo is over. I insisted, then he said it must be done "online".

3) I go on to argue that I called and M1 asked me to come personally. He finally went inside and then accept my order.

4) I told him to assist me to transfer as I am not savvy at 65yrsold to do the transfer. He said M1 dnt provide such service.
My friends were there and said that she was assisted by the M1 staff before. After some persuation, he finally do some setting for the transfer in less than 10mins and we went off for the transfer to happen.

5) Within the same week, I was told by some friends that the promo include an Samsung" upgrade trade in value for some phones which he did not mention a word when I keep talking abut my trade in. I ask him about my Samsung 9pro and he told me its $50.00 but he didnt give me a hint on the upgraded offer by Samsung. As a result, I wrote to Samsung Customer service on OCT 14TH 7.01AM for my extension and inform about this guy not doing a proper job at all right from the start.

6) Until this stage, I still did not want to write in to complain as it takes lot of effort and I wanted to give him a chance.

7) Finally, just around the same week, I called for the supplementary line of $6.00 and was told that I need to register on the same day. This got me "real mad" because on the same day I ask for this supplementary line but this staff of M1 said that" I have to come back next day after my registration completion of my purchase"

8) Dont you think this guy is far too much for such a service and really need to be degraded. Please note that whatever I mentioned above , I had 2 witnesses with me. Just because we are of age,, he assumed that he can bully us.

9) Not talking about customer service but this staff of yours is twisting all the facts right from the beginning to misled us just because we are seniors.

10) We are really contemplating of going to "consumer association" especially if I had missed out the SAMSUNG FE PROMO THAT I WENT THERE FOR AND WE HAVE TO ARGUE THRU TO GET IT! ETC ETC.

11) Even the supplementary line, he told us to apply after the registration completed and the rule is come back after the next day for such application. What rubbish rule is he setting for M1.Please note I have witnesses.

12) I was not wanting to complain until this supplementary line issue. Such matter of twisting proper facts cannot be forgiven. Not only once but on few issues for one visit.. In fact, I got some feed back from other friends abut him too.

13) Please take this complain seriously as many may have experience such terrible service from him and hope you valued your customer feed back.

Re-contracting

When decided re-contract mobile.. Online CSO was patience & explain to upgrade my phone 2 yrs contract. 2 option choose either Samsung A51 or Huawei Nova 7SE..
*On Sat 15th Aug Beginning choose Samsung A51 online with CSO & told him same day I'm rushing to retail shop to check on the phone..
*Ask Retail staff WHY sell Huawei when there is No Google search..
*M1 Retail staff say Yes u can use Chrome to Google search.. He show & demonstrate to me But did no explain fully in detail.
*On Tues 18th Aug Aft M1 delivered
*On Wed 19th Aug nxt day morning went to Huawei service center @westgate due to my SIM stuck n my Battery Bloated very badly abt to explode also to transfer my data to New phone Huawei Nova 7SE..
*Huawei counter staff WHY u purchase ti's phone.
*Did M1 staff tell u cannot use Google anymore..But M1 say can do Google search. *Huawei staff say not only tat u also Cannot download any Apps at all. Wat for..
*U better check properly with M1 becos u also cannot use Contact Tracing (convid) Singpass but singpass u got to use extra step Web browser..
*So I call M1 call center CSO.. U cannot change brabra..terminate the contract.. 7days grace period.. CSO say tat is breach of contract.. U hv to pay penalty..brabra
*On Thurs 20th Aug I went to Huawei center due to battery bloated so badly canot call n received call.
*And then M1 call center call.. We trying to help..u now go to retail shop..the M1 staff will help u to download Tracing Apps & others Facebook etc for u.
*Huawei service staffs overheard everything.. A mature lady ask me.. u hangup the phone now M1..
*She is Huawei Operation Manager.. U keep the new Huawei Nova 7SE & Huawei will Loan u a HP until u hv resolve the issue w M1.
*Later she saw my old HP battery bloated badly and LD plate going to give way..
*She say Why Not as a Goodwill Huawei will replace Battery & LD plate for Free Just for u becos of the conflict w M1 refuse to compromise to resolve the issue. SO TOUCHED
*Today Fri 21/8 still waiting for M1 to call.. Nw 12.15 noon.. Wonder wat will happen.. Should I go to Govnt Small Claims..
*just becos I'm Mature lady.. M1 thought they can lured me to accept the phone.
*more angry M1 say will "Help me to Download watever Apps I want" when M1 know STILL cannot Access Not Applicable.
