Seems they joined the scamming circuit too. Mine sim only 100gb plan. Every near cycle month end, without fail a warning SMS will be sent to alert that I have used 90% of my data and additional $11.99/gb will be charged for excess data and urge me to add on purchase for additional data. When I checked my usage app, it clearly shows I only utilized 58gb. Also the rate of data consumption is beyond incredulous like leaking water 3 times my own measured usage. Biggest bugbear excuse they use that app takes more than 1 hour to refresh. Sure, grandmother story. Even after transferring over to their rubbish no benefit bespoke app, the usage seems to show 5% higher usage compared to the old app, not to mention countless lagging and crash issues. Truly pathetic. I unistalled the zombie bespoke app immediately obviously.
Yes, times are challenging but no need to be so disgustingly desperate to resort to such tactics to scam and scrap extra monies from customers. Better to go rob a bank yes?
