Unwanted Magazine Subscription
After submitting my complaint about M2 Media Group's unauthorized and unsolicited InStyle magazine subscription through a "third party partner's gift" to the CT Better Business Bureau, the CT BBB has gotten on their case and M2 Media Group's Consumer Services Rep has told the CT BBB that they will immediately cancel the bogus "subscription" though "a few more issues" may get mailed before the cancellation goes into effect! BULL! I just sent a blistering email to the CT BBN and this M2 Media Groups Consumer Services Rep that I expect nothing less as a consumer for an IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION and IMMEDIATE CEASING of ALL deliveries to me! How hard is that to do in the 21st Century. M2 Media Group's tricky, trickling out of the "subscription" is UNACCEPTABLE! The CT BBB needs to ride hard on M2 Media Group and make them do what is right! UNACCEPTABLE excuse and behavior by M2 Media Group!
