Lettuce in burger was dry and soggy

Purchased 2 spicy chicken mac deluxe for takeaway..upon open up at home...found out that..Lettuce was dry and soggy..wander..if the staff preparing the meal was dreaming or what...didn't notice about it and pass on to consumers..my photo is too large in size..couldn't upload it here..
