I have been declined for repair even though my contract states rips and tears are covered

We bought a reclining couch in Macy's Furniture Gallery 2 1/2 years ago in Boca Raton. We paid extra for the 7-year
worry-no-more contract for the leather couch. Now there is a rip in it and they are declining the claim.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Claim #C1708960 Dwight Christal
I had Bob Shulman of Uniters come out and stated it needs repair
Call me ASAP at 561-733-9788 or I will pursue legal action
