Electric button failure
I've had my sofa since 2014and had it repaired in it/s first year under Macy's warranty and after that 6 times for my 2 armless pieces for the same problem. This upcoming claim will be it's 4th time having this button replaced, the 2nd. time this year. I find the outcome of this problem eventually will end up with my warranty ending and I will be left with a broken sofa that can't be fixed. When replacing a faulty button, made by the same manufacturer, with the same faulty button design it cannot be considered fixed. Your plan states that if you cannot fix the problem you will replace it allowing me to select a new piece in the store. My understanding is this is a problem you cannot fix, giving temporary use of the buttons function by replacing it with a faulty button, only gives the allusion of being fixed. I would like to have them replaced with furniture that is not made of faulty parts. Jumping through all your hoops to keep my sofa in working order in the past years has caused me much anguish, and my sofa has been in disrepair. I wish to be done with this situation, I am sure you also would like to stop having to continue to repair my sofa. Please respect my situation with your promise of "worrynomore" warranty and intentions to help it's participants by replacing my furniture. Thank you.
