I purchased a sofa from Macy's (cost over $3000) in November of 2014. I purchased the worry no more coverage. The cushions are warping and going flat and the leather is moving around and cracked in one spot on sofa (due to flat cushions the leather is loose and folded over and cracked). I submitted the claim and included photos and within an hour received an automated reply telling me my claim was denied. It hasn't been abused, the furniture is well taken care of. The mechanisms work fine. The foot rest padding has gotten so flat that I feel the hardwood inside and the back of my legs hurt after sitting on the couch (recliner portion). The seat has gone flat and the leather moves around and the back does not provide support. I expect a $3,0000 couch to last more than 4 years and 3 months. I have a chaise lounge that I have owned for ten years that I purchased at Costco for $249 that is still in perfect condition, go figure. The whole point of the worry no more is to know that these items are taken care of. Now I'm worried and pretty upset. I will be going back to Macy's and having a chat with them as well. I've written to Worry No More several times and they are ignoring me. They have a one and done message system.
