My Macy's card has been paid in full with a zero balance for the past 2 month today I randomly checked on my card because im a officer and I'm aware of fraud and id theft long story short I had a $4.000 fee. I called spoke to an women that was out of the county and was told she is trying to collect a debt ?? WTF after going back and forth with her about it she decided to say she will have her manager remove the fee.

She said the fee was removed and when I asked if this is something I need to watch out for every month she hung up n me.

it was not too long ago Macys was sued due to customers including myself being harassed by oversees debt collectors for past due balances that were a day or more late.

how many lawsuits will Macys go through before they get it right.
