We have black oil stains under our power reclining sectional pieces. This was just discovered JULY 2023.

Today waiting for 2nd technician to arrive

Chenore from worry no more told us a week ago that because they still recline they can’t replace the motors

We have severe black stains on our new white carpet. We will go to the news media with our issue with the worry no more plan. The black marks are a sign something is wrong even though they still move. I have a towel under each piece and they are collecting the black substance. They have messed with the wrong consumers. We still have 5 year warranty to the end of September

They need to be held accountable for this scam warranty

Obviously there is an issue with the power mechanism even though it is still reclining but it is now leaking and will fail or as I told them could cause a fire
