Worrynomore is a scam! Please be advised if you are looking obtain a warranty from Macy's save your money!!!
I purchased a warranty for 7 years. Last month my dresser drawer glides came apart. It took awhile to get someone to speak to start a claim and then i was asked exactly when it happened. It happened within 2 weeks they will file the claim, if its anything more they deny you. I was told a technician would be sent from 12-5 and only given two weekday time slots. I receive a phone call at 8:56AM that day to let me know the tech will be arriving between 12-5pm 5pm came along and no technician and not even a phone call. I had to call worrynomore, the technician and the representative at 5:30pm to find out what was going on with my appointment. He told me he was on his way. He then lied about making a phone call to my husband to let him know he was late. Check the cell phone records, no calls were made. The representative had to call the service tech and find out where he was. He finally arrives at 7:20PM!! Is that normal to have someone sit in an apartment for over 7 hours with no phone call to say, "Hey I am late?" Beyond ridiculous!! He takes a few pictures of the dresser and tells me within 24-48 hours I will have a response on how to proceed. (I still am waiting on response).

Save your money and aggravation and don't consider buying a plan from Macys or the worrynomore company.
