Not declaring my SWASTHVRITTA PAPER 2 result

My name is sayyed hamza ahmed studying in lt dr pt shivshaktilal Sharma ayurvedic medical College ratlam had given all the papers of bams 3 year but when result was declared on 4 August I was shown absent in SWASTHVRITTA PAPER 2 I have submitted the proof of attendance to University offline as well as through email college has also sent email regarding this problem but University is not giving any response and not declaring my result I was trying daily since past 2 months and facing mental and health issues due to this issue and not able to focus on my studies please solve my problem
