I booked to stay at this hotel for one night on booking.com. When I showed up at around 2pm,Maddie the receptionist ignored me for two hours She then went and looked herself and her boss in the room behind the reception for a long time and they were making racist comments. She refused to check me in in February 2022 and when I left the hotel, she stole $77 from the card number. Do not trust bookings.com or maddie or Maddison hotel with your card. These guys are simply PLAIN DAY ROBBERS- with RACIST violence.
Don’t go there.

This hotel is racist and rip off scam. Dont trust them with your card number. I booked through bookings.com. When I showed up, Maddie- the receptionist refused me service for over 2 hours. She and her manager are blatant racists and made racist remarks. They looked themselves at 2pm in the room behind the reception, refusing me service. Worst “hotel” in the world. So I left and to add injury upon insult, after refusing to check me in, they charged me $77 and so they are PLAIN HIGH STREET ROBBERY HOTEL- WITH RACIST violance.
Do not go there. Dont even trust booking.com or madison website or staff with your card number
