Just got off the phone with them. I saw an ad on LinkedIn, so I figured what the heck and gave them my number and email. (I really hope I'm not put in a "stack of old leads" and called repeatedly as a former-rep said they do in one of these reviews.) I'm a communications professional and can recognize a hard sell approach when I hear it. I spent 10 minutes talking to the person and she was very flattering, and then she started in on the sales approach. I said I'd happily review the email package she'd send, but I'd need a few days to review others' experiences before I commit that much money. She asked if I was in front of a computer, because I could look right now. I was not comfortable with that, so she gave me the spiel about tight deadlines and how I need to decide before we get off the phone. That sounded very fishy to me, since it's a book of contacts and biographies, not a daily newspaper. I told her no, I can't commit immediately, but I'd be happy to do some research and get back to her in a few days if she'd send me the email package she spoke of. She said she can't do that and hung up. Disaster averted! The whole approach reeked of scam and reminded me of some of the Amway-type schemes people have contacted me about over the years. I recommend avoided them.
And I defy you to find typos or grammar mistakes in this review (aside from a few intentional deviations from strict rules of grammar to maintain a conversational tone, which is a deliberate stylistic choice to allow me to better connect with my audience in this context).
