Continued calls and renewals for magazines
Continued Bad Experience- I began this experience some time ago, and have nothing but discuss and hard feelings. I am going to send a letter to their customer service and let them know not to contact me again and that I was told in April and was told that the code they were going to give to me, which I still have, would be used not to have any more renewals. In September I was called and contacted about renewal and I tried several times to inject my "Code" to no avail. As a elder citizen this is one experience that I do not need nor can I afford. Next call I will refuse everything and inform that any attempts to charge my credit care will result in me challenging the charges in dispute or cancelling the card. I also intend to send a copy of my letter to every magazine customer service address.
