I LUISA BARAHONA DO NOT WANT TO RENEW MY ACCOUNT # 2129-03869 WHICH WILL EXPIRE ON 10-28-2012.

PLEASE MAKE A NOT OF THIS IN YOUR RECORDS.

I HAD SPOKEN TO MATT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND HE WAS VERY HELPFULL AND UNDERSTANDING.

I do not want to renew my account

I paid for one year of service. The unit only goes to voicemail. I want to cancel my account, however it is impossible to contact them. I. Just want to throw this unit. In the trash.

I have a friend and a brother with MJ- it sucks- if you are lucky enough to get through it sounds like their mouth is full when talking- I have vonage { 7 years now } NEVER HAD A PROBLEM..
