Dear I have purchased new Mahindra xuv w6 (model 2015 Sep ) currently driven 9800km only and complaint for its breaks in four months of purchase date they check and said it's fine I was not satisfied I came back and now again same thing but no serious steps taken by the dealer so please suggest me what to do. I am not comfortable with break provided, recently I was traveling due to some/ little dews on road it started skirting/slipping, I was with my family really got worried for the same, I immediately cancelled the trip and returned back to home. Called the dealer and reported again same but they are taking it very lightly. What to do?

Today (11/10/2015) at around 10:30am I produced my four wheeler of Mahindra & Mahindra make ( Model: XUV 500) for minor Air Conditioner check up & a free monsoon carwash offered by Purple Club( my MWASH service code is WAS13A033281) as a member of purple club member. After completion of job the workshop of said dealer handed over me my XUV in a very poor condition at around 2pm with huge dry patches of detergent foam & fine dust particles spreading throughout the body of my car, in foot area inside the vehicle was not at all cleaned & the dashboard was full of dust. I had given the air condition complain having poor cooling; as they told, they replaced the filter only without attending the main complain of poor cooling by which unnecessarily they compelled me to spend around Rs1000/- which I want the amount to be refunded to me, because what I feel, actually they have not replaced the same.
Therefore, I request the company to take necessary action against the dealer & advised the dealer to repair my AC free of cost refund my money as early as possible otherwise I shall force to go to consumer redressal forum against the dealer aswell as M/s Mahindra & Mahindra.
