So, I was shopping for a mortgage and met Mahmut Aydin, Capital One, he was totally disgusting and unprofessional. He was so digusting I had to walk out from the bank. This bank officer greeted me with a cigarette in his mouth. When filling out my application he took 2 cigarette breaks outside the bank. I was so disappointed I walked out. I don't understand why a major bank who employ such an unprofessional salesperson. This man belongs selling used cars NOT mortgages.

Do not ever use Mahmut Aydin as your mortgage originator. Stay away. He is Muslim and Middle Eastern. He speaks English with a heavy Iranian accent. He has very bad breath caused by coffee and cigarettes. You'll recognise his name right away. Beware !!
