I did not reach the stage to pay for the maid agency service and I am glad that I did not do so.
The lady was unhelpful and righteous during telephone inquiry. She did not bother to explain much. She sounded rude and impatient, throughout the phone call. When asked about potential maid issues and how the company deals with them, she often responded with 'I can't do much', 'I can't change people's mind'. I do not think the company is a trustworthy one to get a good help in our house.
