Posing as a real company

Danielle Bailey at Make Wide Turns is posing as a real company asking you to work 40+ hours as an independent contractor, but then not able to pay you a dime for mandatory training and full time work where your every minute and move is being monitored like a hawk.

New hires BEWARE!

DOESNT PAY

Danielle Bailey should not legally be allowed to own a business. She does not pay her recruiters and instead blames all kinds of things happening to cause her to not be able to hire. She hires all her recruiters as 1099 contractors then demands that they work a certain number of hours, with a set schedule, even going so far as to give them what she seriously calls homework.

For some reason she has it in her head that transfers make money and neglects to inform her recruiters that 95% of the applications are un-hireable and should get nothing more than one phone call. God forbid you mark and applicant as disqualified, she will come up with all kinds of reasons that you should not have including that she is going to go out and immediately get a new contract so that driver can be hired.

On that topic she is constantly promising to get hiring contracts with this and that company but never manages to get anybody to sign on except for Owner Operator companies which account for about 3% of applicants, and which contracts require absolutely nothing but a phone call to procure. This means to the company she is absolutely useless.

Her company has hired maybe 25 drivers for this entire year of which payment to the three stooges working in her office is prioritized, so that the recruiters must wait to get paid even though they are doing all the work.

In conclusion, Danielle Bailey is a self-serving egotist and her company is in shambles as she has eaten away at the large majority of the loan she took out to start it, which is the only thing she is surviving on.
