Deliver fails

I sent my parcel to UK from POS Laju 29/9/2021, but it still in KL departure line. Customer service never pick up phone. Emailed but returned said failure of sending. My tracking number is EE060 693 613 MY.
Please send it to my daughter in UK ASAP.She is waiting for it.
