MANIFEST NON-OBSTANTE VEREDICTO NETWORK
After sending the certified funds via money order to represent our son for reduction in his sentence, they have sent him ONE questionnaire and have done NOTHING since. He has now been approved for parole and he sent the firm a request to refund the $395 (as stated in their letter was a guaranteed refund). He sent the letter in early January (which was what they requested in the LAST phone call they returned to me). They no longer answer the phone. I've contacted two Florida firms who Ms. Rangile A. Santiago is listed as an attorney. Her so called assistant said she would be sure she returned my call (3 days ago) and I also left a voice mail message for the switchboard operator yesterday (3/17/16). Still no response. I would like to contact ALL news agencies and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and request they NOT give letters from this firm to inmates, as it appears to be a scam and it gives the inmates false hope. I will consider it a scam until I receive the refund. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB in New York City (and found that their rating is NOT A+ as stated in their letter, but, in fact, is now an F rating). I have been notified by the BBB that the company has been contacted and they are given 14 days to respond. Hopefully, we will get our refund and this will be over. If not, I will contact the Attorney General in both FL and NY and the appropriate bar associations, as well as all Departments of Criminal Justice in each state and all news agencies and the USPS (since the letter is being sent through the mail, it could be considered mail fraud).

Illegal scame of inmates at a Texas Prison
My Brother is in the Texas prison system at the Michael Unit in Tennessee Colony, TX . He received a letter suggested that the court had made many mistakes and that for $395.00 up front that a lawyer by the name of Rangile A. Santiago Esq would plead his case for a reduction of his
sentence. After looking into this I think this is fraud and wanted to report this. You mentioned this was a problem in the FL system I think is has moved west to Texas. I hope there is a way stop them before they hurt anyone else. If you need his name it is Robert Foster #913021.
thank you for your time

Yeah, Mrs Catherine in my opinion i think it is to, because my best friend works on the board of paroles and she said the header is a dead give away. We are also from Texas and this is sooo sad.
