Almost 5 months ago i had to resubmit douments to the labout department due to the fact that my file or details was nowhere to be found that was submitted one year ago.firstly how can documents just vanish from your systems and why is it that the follow up takes 4 months to get a email reply..of which was never sent ,till this day i am still waiting on that email that was supposed to be the folowup email.

The documents were scanned on the resubmition day once again and i was sent to the hospitak to get a final report .this i did the same day inorder to speed up tje process,but now im waiting for an email that is stuck somewhere and im sure with no good reason
Please help,emplyers are exploiting the relaxed attitude of the labour department and getting away with even murder due to this dragged out process in my veiw this is a strategy of. Individuals in the department working with employers and enjoying the benefits of. Others pain.

Went to submit my uif maternity documents on the 5th October 2016 and was told I couldn't submit because they've already reached their daily target. Like really, I was already there and to be turned back because of some stupid target. Whatever happened to Batho Pele. worse part is they were not even busy and still had a couple of hours before their closing time.

My name is Nthabeleng Agnes Moiloa id number 8909150703084 on the 23/11/2015 i applied for maternity leave UIF at maponya mall thusong services after my application i receive first message that my application has been received then follow other messages that my other documents were outstanding.on the 05/01/2016 i went back to do follow up only to be turned back being told that all applications of november 2015 will only be attended from 28/01/2016 i was turned back without my application to be checked on the system .then on the 03/02/2016 when i went back i was told that my other documents were not scanned ; i had to spend the money i dont have to go to hospitals; work; banks then i submitted everything but wat suprise me even today i havent received my money on this day 09/03/2016 yet my money every month its been deducted for uif.now im back at work im going to be taxed the money that pays goverment people but dey dont deliver their services to people.

maponya department of labour they play with people. We get there early around 4am n they only give us bad attitude. Government services are poor. Especially Labour
