The service here at the Maponya Thusong Service Centre is very bad, a disaster... Bad customer service from the security guard to the attendants. They work ask if they pushed to. The attitude stinks and they take people back and forth... I came here the first time on a fridayto submit my Uif. I was told to come here on Monday. Then my dad advised me to go to Krugedorp. I didn't experience problems of any sort, when you ask questions they take assist you... They gave me the date 07/02/2018. I did but this time I came here cause it's the closest to where I stay O was told to come back on the 17th of February 2017. I am here now and the service is poor, the guards are harassing us. They let people stand in the sun for odd hours only to be returned back home. Excuse "system offline" meanwhile they busy chatting and playing away... This is really upsetting cause many of my colleagues that have submitted at other branches have already gotten payment from different branches accept for this one. Not even one person does not complain about this centre... It is just mediocre

Its been 8 months now that I have not received my uif of maternity leave and I was told it only takes 6 weeks for it to be finalised.I have not evenrecieved a single SMS from them.what should I do; please help.Nonhlanhla Nkuzana 0730922724
