im very unhappy with the service of dstv... they are phethetic... and i think its not fair towords us...in the first place its very expensive for what you get same shows over and over again... But i mainly want to put a complaint in about the pathetic servises that the give...when we came home from work on Friday night the 28/042018 our services was disconected and i phoned in and told them that what is voing on they said payment was not made and i told them you have my banking details to take there money... She said she will get accounts to phone me on Saturday i waited almost the hole day for them to phone me back still no calls was made from there side. i phoned them back and they said they have logged the call they will call me and cant reconnect until i have spoken to accounts... its the 03/05/2018 and there was still not a call from them of any explenation.. I want this fixed... the servises that they provide is very poor and the have a very bad attatude towards clients im very angry and hope this get sorted out...
