There were only three pieces of meat, the biggest was one inch square. the product looked nothing like the picture on the box.

was eating a pot pie from the 8 pack of pot pies available at Sam's Clubs locations. While eating the pot pie, I ingested a large piece of plastic mixed in with the rest of the ingredients. I was able to remove the plastic from my mouth before any injury occurred.

Please advice as to what compensation we can expect due to the fact that I could have easily choked to death on the piece of plastic contained inside of your food product.
