Despite my efforts and the months lost, Marketing Plus built a wholly unacceptable website for me. Marketing Plus presents itself as artistic, creative, experienced, and sophisticated. One of its much ballyhooed areas of expertise is “branding.” I had decided to work with Marketing Plus and honorably paid an over-priced fee in advance because I believed I would obtain results reflective of the high quality it promised. I did not. The website Marketing Plus built for me is a misrepresentation of its advertised aesthetic and technical abilities. It appears to be built by someone who neither knows branding nor how to build a website—a philistine, a novice, an amateur, a dilettante. Or Marketing Plus could be simply trying to do as little as possible for as much as possible.
