MVC - Terrible Service

Marriot Vacation Club Owner issues:
1) You have to jump on stays 12-13 months in advance to get in to any place anyone wants to go to or get stuck in their older properties.
2) The 800 number of "Customer Service" has people that have no idea what they are doing. Say they will do something then don't. I guess that's on me because I didn't notice that I didn't get an email confirming everything the rep said we'd be doing.
3) More confusing than anything on when you have to use points or they expire, or "bank" them by such and such a time or lose them
4) Upsold ownership by an "experienced" agent who then never returns emails or phone calls.

All in all - go buy from a different company. Marriot has completely dropped the ball and you are overpaying and they are under performing.
