Maxis Customer services attended call was lousy and the home fibre was dump slow from the first day that we using Maxis One Home 30. Our package was 30mpb but always tested speed below 20. I had tried login to bank website to made some online payment but totally cannot connect due to the low speed. Average every week need to complaint about the low speed. Customer service always informed me that the Technician dept will contact within 24 hours but normally after 24 hours and the Technician also not on time althought appointment had been fixed. Everytime need to call the customer service to lodge an compliant on their absent, subsequently need to postpone the appointment to the following week.
