Disagreement with disputed over payment

I would like to make an appeal to the customer complaint Board to review a decision made by Maybank Cards Malaysia to me, over a stolen credit card oversea.
Please furnish me the name of the Senior Manager and address of his contact,so that my letter and relevant supporting documents could be sent for his personal attention as early as possible.Thank you.
