Rudeness of staff

RUDE FEMALE STAFF FROM MAYBANK PUDU. (Dont know her name but she is malay women working at counter 9) I came to maybank pudu for collect cheque receipt which i bank in at machine didn't come out slip so I go bank to get the receipt back. The staff who in counter 9 behavior very very rude & shouting at me ! We don't know that slip at machine no paper ? When customer came & ask , the staff have to explain or tell them not to be rude. I'm so disappointed with that kind of behaviour. Is this how maybank pudu treat customer?? Please ask her to improve, do not treat customer like that.

Failure To Refund My Money

Maybank has admitted the error on their parts and has agreed to refund my money to me. However, I have yet to receive any update from MBB as to when would the refund me made.

It has been 8 months of endless emails, phone calls and visits to the branches. The initial rejections to refund my money has finally been approved last month, after copies of email interactions provided to MBB prove the error on their end.

My emails asking about the date of the refund has been ignored and the person in-charged of this case, who is based in the moratorium department in MBB head office has not been able to provide me useful information and is of not help.

I am currently jobless due to the current ongoing pandemic. Yet, MBB has taken my money for months without a definite date of when would my money be returned to me.

Is this how a huge corporation such as MBB operates? So fast to take money from their long term customer who does not possess a bad record with the bank, and who has been paying all of the loan installments without fail. Yet so slow to return the money that rightfully belongs to their customer.

Staff lambat

Pada 16/1/2020, jam 2:41 saya ke maybank cawangan Cenderawasih, Lahad Datu, Sabah atas urusan card ATM untuk diganti dengan yg baharu. Namun staff yang sepatutnya memberi kelulusan kad masih tidak masuk ke pejabat. Malah apabila sy meminta beliau dihubungi untuk bertanya jam berapakah dia berada di maybank ini, staff dikaunter berkata beliau tidak boleh diganggu. Adakah ini etika kerja staf Maybank ?Tidak boleh diganggu tetapi mengganggu masa pelanggan? Sungguh mengecewakan. Para pelanggan sepertu saya juga mempunyai kerja dan bukan sentiasa boleh ke maybank dan menjalakan urusan mengikut masa (sesuka hati) staf bank.

Poor services

Dear Maybank, i would like to bring this to your attention I'm Account holder Sithira devi a/p krishnasamy Hp:0133636050
I went to Yr Maybank branch at tmn segar to close my account. I can't managed to close. I ask wht the reason they say wil update me two days time. The officer who spoke to me is miss hani at 1st floor. Until today I haven't got reply frm Yr bank. And we have call few time to the bank spoke to her and reply the same haven't got reply frm hq. And I walk in again on Friday 26 July 2019. We waited almost 1hrs plus but never get good reply frm officer. And I have waste my time and traveling for the answer frm the bank. But until today 29 July 2019 havent got any good ans frm Yr bank. Last call I received they say they can't closed and I ask in return Mrs hani replied cannot give in writing.This is my account why you cannot give in writing.
I making this as my complaint and I will cc to bank negara

why there is a quarry about amount bank in
His Boses said 3month not achieve the target due 1counter only can serve 1 customer below 5minutes only???
Why there is quarry about amount bank in we cannot bank in big amount (usually our bank in below RM50000) sometimes exceed rm100000 but maybe 4 or 5 times per month ... as per visit we look there is few people and we actually no need to Que for long time...

Undfrienly staff

Dear Maybank, i would like to bring this to your attention. On the 28th of September 10:33am i came here to the maybank taman segar. I was being attended at counter 7 and after the deposit i asked for small notes change. He show me a very unhappy face and pointed the cashier next too him and mumble wait for your turn..the same number.. Right.. Since it was my first time here,they have given me a bad impression. Please look into this matter seriously.

Rude services

I went to maybank dayabumi branch for cancel my PA policy but after 3 months it still debit from my maybank account. I told the sales person, a malay women who selll me PA but she just said she did help me and the way she talk is so rude. Maybank services really so bad?? Last time keep told me i need to buy PA before open account, when i want cancel, her attitude become so rude!!

I also have question, did I really need buy PA insurance before open account???

If not that means the person tipu me??

I heard my friend told me maybank dayabumi the staff name Roziah said before open account need to buy PA first. But when I go other branch they said no need. So is the staff Roziah in maybank Dayabumi tipu my friend??

Rude Customer Service Hotline

I am Chua, I have a problem with credit card activation and i wanted to check whether is my card has been activated or not. This customer assistant does not understand the difficulty of the customer in conveying messages to him. He replied me through a very unfriendly and strict ways. He did mention his name but I have forgotten. I made a call at 8:39pm at 14/04/2018 through the hotline 1300886688. I wish the management to do something to track down this person and give him a warning or something. Shame on this man and he is not suit being a customer representative.

In Malaysia Malayan Banking Bhd been promote as No 1 bank but service in unprofessional and lousy, Maybank is not there by yourside when you are desperate. Can't even effort to differentiate own branch cheque with other branch.

Rude customer service

Very rude staff and services. Customer came n ask, she say “ what do u want” with very rude manner. When I say i want to withdraw she keep on touch the form and say “fill in this form.” Is this how maybank treat customer? U are in frontline, but u never aware bout your customer and how to deal with customer? If u cannot change your attitude, quit the job.

Rude receptionist,

reception counter very rude ..and give not equal service to customer... example : the receptionist on the counter are Chinese.. she give direct no or without number to Chinese customer....event the clark from the counter did not care about the other customer...
The service in this maybank are really slow... some customer have to wait about 3 hours... just for only single transaction..
Thare 8 counter but not all of the counter are open... please make some improvement. How to handle customer..

Maybank Rude and Merciless

My company credit card has been overdue a few months and thus been deactivated. Called collection centre to explain my dilemma and ask for an appeal to give me some time to regularize the payments, explained that my company going through some difficulties, was told to email to collection centre department, which I did and at the same time did a few interval payments to show my efforts. After a few days got a reply to say they rejected my appeal and instead said to make the full payment. Which was upsetting, and doesn't make sense, if I can't make the minimum amount payment how do they expect me to make a full payment, on the next day itself collection agency came to my office to demand payment or otherwise they said will do all sorts of things like freeze my acc, put notices on my office and bring the cops and etc.. But later on spoke to another officer Mr Kamal, not sure if he was frm the collection department or legal side, he seems like a nice guy, listen to my side of story and at last ask me to call directly to another officer from so called Maybank legal department and to speak to an officer called Mr Alfian or something, turns out he was worse than the guys from the collection dept, he spoke rudely and threathen if don't make full payment they will send the collection people to come to my office everyday to demand payment and embarrass me in front of my customers and put notices on my office and confiscate my goods, I said to him you guys are like Ah longs... He gave some sarcastic remarks which isn't worth repeating. What I don't understand is why is Maybank so merciless,it's not like I'm avoiding them or not answering their calls or not making any payments at all. I have also some overdue credit cards with other bank, but none behaved like them, HSBC for example listen to my explanation and try to come with a solution for me to regularize the payments. I have been a Maybank customer almost all my life, so disappointing, treated me like a criminal, so to all out there thinking of getting a Maybank credit card, please think twice, get it from HSBC instead..

Threaten by Collection officer

Dear Maybank

I would like to bring this to your attention. I was intimidated by your collection agencies. I do agree that i hace defaulted on my credit card payment since last year due to lost of employment and i hv tried few times to make payment wirh some part time job that i was doing but i was not able to make it consistant due instability of income. However your collection officer who called me did not give me a chance to explain but was very rude and was talking like a loanshark in a threatening tone.

I am willing to pay n clear off my payment as i just gpt a proper employment starting from 11 Oct 2017.

Please assist to get a profasional officer to call me to guide me in this and please avoide the agencies of collection to do so as they are very unprofessional.

Muhamad Irwan claimed that he is one of the Maybank loan processing personel and promise to get the loan approved by paying him RM600. After payment made, he has neglected my calls.

RUDE MALE STAFF FROM MAYBANK KEPONG - DESAJAYA (dont know what hes name). The guy accuse me for being lazy just because i want to withdraw my money instead of change my debit card....other than that annoyed me by asking personal question. very disappointed with that kind of behavior

Maybank's poor customer service

My father need to add phone number for the online banking, and I explain to my father and answer the lady, but the lady very rude to ask me diam, and say she's not asking me and let my father answer ownself and ask me go sit to the opposite chair, problem is my father do not understand, so I need to explained to him. Is this not even allow in this situation? Please improve, do not treat customer like that before u ask

Rudeness of staff

I received a call for one employee of Maybank by the name of Kuhan .The phone number he used is 03 27235800.
He said I have a car loan with Maybank . I corrected him that my loan is completed and has been PAID IN FULL .
He said his reason for calling me is to offer a Manchester United credit card.
I asked him how he managed to call me when I am no longer a customer of the bank ?
he said it is in the system and before I could say anything he slammed the phone down .
Please check the type of employees you are having or is he a scammer ?

Please contact me soon otherwise a police report may have to be filed.

successful payment for ktmb ticket but the ticket none

on 21 aug 2016, sunday (22:53:45), i made the payment thru maybank2u for buying KTMB ticket. The payment status was Successful but unfortunately the ticket got burn. Therefore, I called their customer service to find out what is happening .Unfortunately, nobody answered my call. Maybank mentioned that their customer service is 24 hours a day, including of public holidays. But I had called up 4 times. I waited for 5 minutes each for the first two calls, and 10 minutes each for the last two calls before hanging up. That's a total of 30 minutes wasted!I . So i decide to email about this. Here i attach the picture of my transaction. i hope my case will get attention as soon as possible and get my money back. Thank you.

Cash deposit machine out of service

Maybank Kulim HiTech supposing to be a Hitech bank provide the lousiest service in therm of cash deposit machines. Most of the time either out of service or no power. And they provide on one cash deposit machine vs 4 atm withdrawal. The most advance banking with the lousiest mindset. Imagine you come in early morning to bank in a big m amount and notice it is not working. Then you need to bring the cash back to elsewhere to place it. Stupid immature bank in Malaysia. Probably run by dummies.
