Front desk ladies from neurosurgery department are extremely rude. When you call them they act like they dont even want to talk to you, when you ask them to repeat because you didn't hear what they said they will repeat in a way that you will regret that you even asked them to repeat. I am scheduled for a surgery there and I'm already worried how my care will look after surgery if they are already rude to me and that me like trash.
I had scheduled class today to learn about the surgery and after that I was going to have a CT scan. After the class I went to information to ask where should I go to have the CT scan done, they told me just "just right here building #1" I still had 2,5 hours to my appt left and I was waiting in my car. 20 minutes before appt I went back to get CT and they told me I am on a wrong campus and I need to reschedule!! Really? Really?!! I was just waiting here for 2 hours because the person told me it's right here! Turned out I drove down from tucson just to hang out in front of hospital for 2 hours and be send back home. Great experience right? This is definitely not the best hospital to go.
