I purchased a front loader washer Model MHWC7500YW from Home Depot on 3/24/15. It starting its troubles 6 months into its life by not draining. My renters were hesitant in making this issue known to me timely, electing to just not use the machine. Finally, they did contact me on 10/9/16 to tell me of the issue and that they had contacted Maytag service to come and repair it. Since then 2 door larches, a sensor, circuit board, knob, door and the secondary circuit board have been replaced! The result.....machine still doesn't work!!!! I paid $799.00 for this machine and expect it to work!!! I don't feel I should be paying for service calls on a machine that is well documented by Maytag to have operational issues. Where do I go from here?
