hi. i opened up an home choice account in April 2022.i have been paying my installment for the past 3 months on the 1st of every month. I get calls every day from MBD saying that my account is in arears and I need to pay. they have been calling my friend every day as well asking for me. I did not give an alternative number bt they have been calling my friend every day and telling her that I gave the her number to them which I did not. I have called home choice mbd regarding the matter I asked them about the calls everyday they told me the account was in arears this month. I asked how did you guys get my friends number to call her and hassas her. they said they cannot get into that now and I should pay my account.. that's all they told me.. i called again and I explained to a lady regarding the situation when I asked about how did they get my friends number they cut the call on me. she was extremely rude. I needed to know how and why they are hassasing us when my account is up to date. so I emailed home choice regarding the matter. they sent me an email Stating that my account was up to date and nothing is in arears. bt i am still getting calls from MBD and I don't know who to call or email regarding this matter.
