Wrong food delivery

I order nagget and frieds with milo ais in drive thru . First time i get wrong food . I go back again and change food for second time and go back without notice . After i go back again i they place wrong food. I called them ask to get me the right food . They talk roughly and more than one hour food didn't delivery. Third time i go again to mcd to get my correct order. Its really make me angry and irritating

Noisy screaming staffs

I come here sometimes for breakfast about 9.30am-10.15am. The staffs here are very very noisy. Everytime I come here, I can hear the staff here complaining "who did this, who did that?" I can see other customer being not comfortable too because they have so many " garang" staffs. Please do something about it. I can hear them scolding each other. Its not pleasant to see and hear that

No sign of 'sold out'

On 12.5.2018 around 9 pm, i go to mc donald putrajaya. I decided to using drive thru services. Is was a very long que. When there is my turn about 20 minutes, the staff said drive thru is temporarily not available. It was waating my TIME.
Then i park and go to counter to order my meal. I purchase happy meal for my daugher. Im very sad because the hello kitty toy wasnt there. There waa absolutely no sold out sign anywhere. I was very dispointed for the service. I hope i can get the hello kitty toy from mc d. Or i will sue mc d.

Poor Service

Dear Mc Donald Management,
, I’m staying nearby Forest Height Seremban Mc Donald area and it’s the only outlet nearby my resident and I regularly go there to have my breakfast and my dinner.
I would to feedback regarding the mention outlet Whereby I had a many bad experience during my visit to the mention outlet.I did complain a week ago ( Online ) but there no any feedback from Mc Donald Management.
I guess these particular outlets needed an attention to improve to avoid losing customers patrons.
My bad experience during my visit as follows and I would like to know what action has been take to avoid further disappointment during my visit.

1.Run out of stock for Butter for Pancake.
2.Run out of Curley Fires.
3.Run out of Toys
4.Cleanenes Of Lavatory ( Dirty and very Smelly ) The Manager of Supervisor don’t even bother to check to ensure its clean. ( I saw staff with Purple uniform just walk around doing nothing )
5. Sundae Ice Cream Machine most of the time out of order and no notice displayed to informed customers.
6.Mc Café counter no staff’s
7.Breaksft hours and at night only open 1 counter on operations.
8.Condiment area very poorly maintain.
9. OKU staff working alone at Lobby area without any help from the team member’s during pick hours.
10.Food serving is very slow ( Ordered Coffee waited for more them 15 min no coffee served ).
11.Manager on duty don’t even come out from the kitchen to the lobby area to ensure the outlet in order in term of Cleanness, Customer Service especially during pick hours.
12. No any feedback on complain.
13. Expiry promotion poster still on display (Maybank Promotion ) When ask the staff they mention Promotion Already Over.

Bad Quality Food (DILUTED MILO)

This is not the first time i get a very DILUTED milo. I paid extra Rm2.25 to get milo, not a WATER with milo! Cant even drink it. Plain water taste better than water added milo.pfffttt!
And this must be ADDED water.
I dont know why the staff were doing this.Is they running out of milo or they actually told to do that? We all paid and we should get what we supposed to. This is a very big company,why can't the simplest quality get controlled?!

Suspicious Charges

I went to buy breakfast at Mc Donald Sandakan this morning...I request for a piece of butter but the staff told me is chargeable...I just want to ensure the statement that butter is it chargeable nowadays @ RM1.00/pc? It's worldwide, nationwide or only in Sandakan...I hope you bear in mind that Mc Donald is a worldwide franchise brand...from services to foods and charges must be constant application worldwide and under control...please revert to my question soonest possible...TQ!
