I stay one block Close to 3855 W Lawrence Ave McDonald’s restaurant #770 as it snowed and very cold in chicago I didn’t want to take car to Mc Donald’s it’s a 1 min walk from my Apartment I went there like 12:05 am on 18th feb 2018 I walked In the drive throw to give order but they didn’t answer me I went to the window and wait there because there was a car in front of me I waited as soon as the car left I went to the window to place order the manager lady told me that I can’t take your order because you don’t have a car in a very very rude way i said Iam the customer of this store since 3 years And I am a very loyal customer of McDonald’s but she said can’t take my order After requesting her for 3 min she told I will take your order but you have to wait , I said ok I was the person in line and she refused me serve my order and took different customer first I waited in the cold for 25 min then the guy called me and took my order is this the way Mc Donald’s serve there loyal customers I am very sad this store manager and other staff member should Be fired immediately and make sure this incident should not occur with near by neighbors who will walk and order anytime kindly take strict action Iam waiting for your response
