27 June 2016 at 0430 hours. Staff on duty was Sharifah at the drive thru counter. Husband ordered sausage mcmuffin, unfortunately his voice was a bit hoarse so she probably couldn't hear him well. Instead of asking again nicely, she shouted "nak telur tak nak telur?" We were astounded by her actions which was totally unnecessary. We told her off immediately. Were were told by Zeti later to wait in front. When the food came, to our dismay only 1 muffin came while we had ordered 2. The receipts said 2. If that's the case, then the drive thru really did not serve its purpose!

Suggestion note: Please train your staff some customer service etiquette . Understanding in customer service is vital in any service industry.
