Sub: Leakage of water.

Respected Sir,

I am a resident of East Delhi. I own a flat at B-60, upper ground floor, west vinod nagar, Delhi-92.
I am facing a lot of drainage and water blockage issue from B-60, first floor, west vinod nagar, Delhi-92.
I have made plenty of complaints to the owner, Mr. M.C. Joshi (Phone no. -9289623192 ) and the tenant (Mr. Navin Chand) of the above flat but no one is taking any action to resolve the issue. One month back, the wooden cardboard of my kitchen fell down. I called the owner and the tenant but no one has taking any action.
I have raised the complaints at many places but no action has been taken till now. Its been more than 3 months since I am facing this issue.
My property is getting damaged due to this issue. Moreover, the issue is getting severe due to Rainy season.
This is a very critical issue as the drainage is very high. Kindly take some immediate action over this.
