i had ordered mc delivery on 12 August 2019 at 8.13pm from Mcd ioi mall puchong where one of the set i ordered was 5 pieces spicy chicken set.but i am very dissapointed to find that the chicken was burn out (hangus) and cannot eat.i had to throw away the chicken.order no is 69-12/08/2019-276499.

Delivery makanan yg sudah sejuk dan fries yg keras.sos cili tidak disediakan.mintak lebih sos cili tapi tak dapat terus.rider yang tidak sopan mintak genapkan bayaran dr 25sen cukupkan rm1 dan bagi baki pulak tidak cukup 50sen dan rider tu buat bodoh jer walaupun bagi baki tak cukup.saya tak suka sangat tapi dengan cara begini macam terdesak sangat mahu duit lebih dari cus.tak kisahkan sangat dengan baki tak cukup tu tapi cara dia tak kena.harap pekara begini tidak belaku lagi.selama saya delivery tak penah lagi berurusan dengan rider yg perangai teruk.

I've placed a delivery order on 8.31pm, it said my order should be delivered within 9:00pm-9:15pm. At 9:15pm, I've received a call from McDonald and told me that I'll need to wait for another 30mins! As I paid with my credit card, I dun want extra trouble and I just have to wait! I requested to talk with manager. The manager kept telling me that no manpower enough so I have to wait. Before hang up, the manager told me that my order will be delivered before 10pm! Now become 10pm!! Now is 9.32pm and i m still hoping my food will be delivered asap. McD Malaysia you should be shame of your delivery service that took 1.5hr to be delivered! If you are really lack of manpower, you should have call earlier but not wait until the end of expectation delivery time!

I was ordered a happy meal for my daugther for her dinner tonight but after the delivery boy sent my order and took the payment i relized that no toy inside my order bag! How come there's no a toy for happy meal? Before the delivery boy came to my house, somebody from mcd was called me and informed me that the one of the menu for happy meal is sold out which is fruit cup..so to me there's was no problem. Yet i asked him how about the toy and he was confirmed that a toy will be given. But when was i received my order, no toy! I paid for the toy portion! Mcdonald please make sure that we are worth to place order here!! Dont make your costemers frustrated with your service.
