DO NOT RECEIVE OUR REFUND YET

On 16/09/2019, my friend and I ordered meals from McDonald's @NKVE Highway on-screen, paid and was told that our orders were unavailable. Why can't it be updated immediately in the system? We asked for a refund, so we filled the refund form and the in-charge manager told us that it takes approximately 7 working days for the refund amount can be credited in our bank account. However, it's been more than 7 working days as of today (02/10/2019), but we still did not yet receive the refund amount. Please take action regarding this matter as we still want our money back as soon as possible. Thank you.

STAFF MCDONALD'S KURANG AJAR

Pada jam 12:32 malam hari ini, tarikh 19/9/2019 saya telah ke McDonald's Sri Iskandar DT (#293) membuat pesanan melalui drive thru..No. INV# 002932100014373. Krew yang mengambil order di drive thru pada ketika itu sangat2 kurang ajar. Tiada rasa hormat bila bercakap dengan customer dan tidak menjawab pertanyaan bila ditanya. Sombong dan tidak memenuhi permintaan customer. Apabila saya ingin menambah pesanan, krew tersebut tidak layan dan meminta saya untuk beratur semula sedangkan sehari sebelum saya pernah menambah order di drive thru last window tanpa perlu beratur semula. Makanan yang diberi tiada kualiti, sudah sejuk dan lembik. Untuk makluman, krew yang mengambil order saya adalah seorang CREW TRAINER. Adakah ini kualiti CREW TRAINER McDonald's Malaysia? Adakah makanan yang sejuk dan lembik standard kualiti makanan bagi semua restoran McDonald's di Malaysia? Adakah McDonald's Malaysia sedar bahawa kebanyakan krew yang direkrut bekerja sangat2 tidak profesional dan tiada adab bila bercakap dengan customer? Saya sangat2 kecewa kerana kerap melalui pengalaman buruk berhadapan dengan krew McDonald's yang biadap dan berharap McDonald's Malaysia memandang serius masalah ini dengan mengambil tindakan terhadap krew berkenaan.

Rude Staff and Menu

Pada jam 00:24:03 06.08.2019 , di McDonald's Petron Highway Kl-Seremban.. one of your trainee girl berlaku biadap pada saya..
saya bayar melalui kredit kad..dan memesan ayam goreng 3x spicy dan beberapa menu yg lain...
Setelah saya bayar di machine (by credit card)...one of your male staff inform me that ayam goreng 3xspicy sudah habis..then i proceed untuk tukar spicy saja..
Selepas tu..di kaunter sebelah..saya bagi cadangan kepada one of your staff perempuan untuk meletakkan tanda ayam3spicy sudah habis untuk diletakkan di machine order untuk pengetahuan pelanggan seterusnya..
Tiba2 one of your trainee girl di situ..datang dengan biadap dan cakap dengan nada suara tinggi suruh saya refund balik..kata2 nya sungguh tidak menghormati saya ssebagi pelanggan..
Apakah salah saya sehingga diherdik sebegitu..walhal saya hanya suruh mereka untuk meletakkan tanda ayam 3spicy sudah habis...
Apakah trainee girl ini sebagai contoh biadap bagi pekerja McDonald's Malaysia..... saya harap Pihak Admin McDonald's ambil perhatian terhadap aduan saya supaya tidak mengelirukan pelanggan dan mempunyai pekerja yang biadap..terimakasih..

Bad attitude of worker

I was at the McDonald's outlet in midvalley mega mall at 7pm today. The attitude of the worker, named Kashid or Rashid was so bad! I was to redeem a Spicy chicken McDeluxe using the McDonald apps but I didn't know that I'll have to tell the worker that I wanted to redeem the set before I place?order. He SCOLDED me for not telling him that I wanted to redeem the set before placing order. His attitude was so so so extremely bad! Then he asked me if I wanted to take away or dine in. He asked this question THREE times. Can McDonald's please take immediate action to curb this problem? The attitude of the workers should be improved!

delivery canceled

Placed an order online the order when through. Received a call from McDonald's Sunway Mentari manager to inform that after 7pm they will not deliver to my area. If its not covered why does it allows me to place an order and why isn't it stated in the website. I wasted my time and end of the day im left without food at wee hours by then most of the fast food delivery is closed. If it was indicated earlier I would have place an order some where else.all the manager could say is sorry .

Poor drive-thru service

My mom and I wanted to get McDonald's since it's fast-food and she needed to eat something before eating her medicine, so we went for drive-thru and waited at the drive-thru parking as told .
But so many cars have already gotten their orders so we reversed back and reminded them about our order and told specifically what sauce we wanted for our nugget (we had already told the lady when we were at the picking up area) . After a 10-12 mins wait , we finally got our order but again they gave the opposite of what we wanted for the nugget sauce . And many times I have seen people complaining saying that they got wrong orders or they gave lesser than the actual amount of nuggets/food they ordered and paid or the specific orders getting wrong .

The people ordering on the outside should check out the inside. It is the nastiest place I have ever been inside. The floors are so dirty your feet stick to it. It stinks like a dirty bathroom. Flies swarming the food. Pictures have been posted on the internet. Nothing is being done. I am so over eating there.

Paid three times

We ordered on the machine and one credit card got declined for some reason, so we tried again with the same card and it got declined again. Then we used different credit card and it got declined again, but this time some kinds of receipt came out, so we thought the second card worked. However, whenever we use credit card, we have a system which sends us a text message right after we use it. So we paid twice on the first card and the second card because we got 2 text messages and plus we called them through international calls (which we also wasted our money on,) and checked that it got charged twice. Also the manager said that we have to cancel the payment by calling the card company and the McDonald’s can’t cancel it because we used the machine. So we were like whatever, but then the manager came that it is not paid, so we paid again in cash. So I don’t understand why we had to use approx. 140 euro in McDonald’s with 4 family members. So I am begging you (whoever will receive this my message), and if possible, please check if we paid three times and there is any way we can cancel both of the card payment and make better machines so that the other customers will never have the same kinds of happenings. Thanks

This just ruined our last day of 2 weeks long family trip. Thanks so much.

And the manager was speaking french to me. I don't want to consider as racism because I am not a white person, but the manager did not know how to behave to foreigners.

Online menu

Now mcd use online order instead of calling but all the special meal is unavailable. So why is it still appear if they always tell temporarily unavailable. Please do not waste our time to see your special menu if it always unavailable all the time

No follow up from Manager and Bad Service

I understand MCD is dominating in Malaysia Market, but we are not eating free food or you guys are not getting paid free as well.
I've made numerous complaint about my drive thru purchase that had issues and till to date have not received any response.
I'm so angry to even call the 1300 line to complaint because they keep repeating the same thing like a script.
If a manager happen to see this complaint, please call me at 017-2000194.
Otherwise, forget it, i will know where else to go to ensure proper and satisfactory action is taken.

I called immediately after looking through the items and realising I didn't get my nuggets, and the person said they'd get back to me ASAP (to send my item probably), but no one came. Ridiculous, they're not exactly cheap - and ONE stupid misscall doesn't make it seem like they are trying to even make it right. Expecting me to call back for YOUR mistake? I couldn't anyway because I hadn't any credit. What's happened to McD's customer service? It's beyond shitty now.

One time, I even waited 2 hours for food to come, I kept calling to check up on the status only to be told that have CANCELED MY ORDER! Without even informing anything! I was so hungry and they had the cheek to think this kind of shit is okay? I'm going to skip on the details of the convo because it's too much to type, but from what the dude told me, they had the option of asking the second nearest branch to deliver my stuff. You could have done that anyway, instead of f-ing canceling. Who the hell does that.

tAnd I've sent a complaint to McD a little while back about one of their riders actually stealing my number and texting me (which is a serious case, that's my personal info!!) but someone called and denied the person was even part of the company. When I explained HE HAD to be from McD (because in the text, the guy admitted that he stole my number from the "order form", and I've not ordered anything from anywhere else except McD), they said they'd get back to me to further investigate. NO ONE DID. What is wrong with these people!! You think it's fun to complain? How many time do y'all wanna f- up man.

Bad Service

I made an order thru McDonald's hotline (1300131300) on 25th May 2015, 1pm due to my busy schedule. The call centre pick up my order and providing my order number (108799) before ending the call, the call was cut off. So I decided to call again to McDonald's to confirm the order.They told me the order was confirm. I'm good with it.

Wait for 1 hour and 30 min, didn't get any calls or arrival of my order, so I call them up again. McDonald's agent told me my order was cancel. I was surprised and I told them I didn't make any cancellation. They put me on hold for 15 min, 15 min later when the agent get back to me the reason and the reason is my area is not cover under the delivery location. I was shocked and been ordering all this while, no problem on delivery.I need further explanation so I spoke to supervisor tell my problem. He said the branch manager will get to me in 10 min. The conversation took 20 min.

After 10 min, a staff named Jeff called me. He said he can't do delivery as the branch doesn't do any delivery. He also mention that is not his problem and being rude to me.

I would like to make complain to McDonald's Malaysia but there no option for me in their website.

My dissatisfaction :-

1. Why their didn't told me that my area is not cover in the delivery when I'm making order at the 1st place?

2. All this while I been working in this area, I have made numerous order and it delivered. Why now not?

3. I wanted a quick and solution for my meal due to my busy schedule and hope the delivery delivered but not at all. Waited for 1 hour 30 min, I have to call them up. Why can't the make a courtesy call to me to tell me earlier?

4. The staff (Jeff) strictly mention is not their fault. If this is not their fault, who fault? Not even apologize for it and being rude to me.

I really a full explanation and compensate for my losses. I didn't manage to had my lunch due to this.

Crew counter Cheat customer

This had happened to me twice when I bought McDonalds food at the counter and once by drive thru. McD crew counter have been cheating customer by not giving full orders that had been made and paid. I do trust the Crew counter will filled up those paper bag with all the order that I have paid for. How ever when I reached home (Seremban) and once when I bought for lunch office hour the quantity of the orders will always short of 1 item. To go back to McDonalds to request for the missed one have given me twice of thinking. Will they believe it or they can just said I'm the one who is cheating wherelse the Crew had cheated me. Definately this is a bad image to McDonalds.
