My friend and I went for drive-thru services by McDonald's Gong Badak. Everyone of us ordered different types of dessert and me, ordered a Sundae Chocolate with Oreo Toppings. That time was night time, and it is hardly to check what I ordered instantly. Once we received our order, my friend drove us and leave the place. When I opened my Sundae Chocolate with Oreo Toppings, I found that my Sundae was fully frozen which was definitely not fresh at all to consume, and my request of additional Oreo Toppings was not fulfilled. Basically, I received not smooth ice cream texture of Sundae Chocolate with no Oreo Toppings at all even I requested and paid for it. I am extremely not satisfied with this kind of service attitude, they do not checked before serving and as I observe, there were not so many customers at that time. This kind of service and the food served make me feel annoyed!
