rude and foul language

Last night my daughter ordered at drive thru at the checkout window she noticed her order wasn't complete. Asked for 2 hash Brown was refused service. When entered the building the manager approached her rudely and they did t take care of the order when we arrived home one hash Brown and an empty bag were placed in the take out bag ..this has been on going in this particular establishment..some thing needs to be done ASAP..
