1) I haved order porridge they staff need to wait 1/2 hour.

2)PROMO-FROZEN DRINK . I just get sundae cone cause the staff said the frozen drink still not frozen. As I look is frozen .

Wait more than 1/2 hour

Waiting my coffee more than 1/2 hour didint send to me .
But I saw other customers order the coffee already taken.
I using debit card to payment entitle frozen drink but just give cone ...
At the end I need go counter to request my coffee.
