I would like to complaint that I did not received the correct amount of order. This is my third time of not receiving the foods that i had order for delivery service . When i called back, yes , your employee do asked me to redeem on that day. But , the problem is , if I could go there and redeem it , for what I used for your delivery service? I admit i did not checked the amount of foods that received because i trusted that you would give a correct order. And this time, worst, i called your company , it does not pick up at all !! If this happened once or twice , i understand, but it do kept repeating. Now, not only i could not take my lunch but it also waste my money as i paid to your company ! I hope Cheng’s manager could look into this problem. Thank you .

The McDonald's Melaka Cheng Outlet is so dirty every time me and my family was there. Today while having our dinner with the kids there I've overheard some customers were standing while choosing which table to have their meals on because almost all of the tables were sticky, sauces and fries spilled all over the place. Saw the staff only wipe the tables with very wet cloth and what pissed me off was the food waste was wipe off from the table to the floor. Not to mention the staircase were so dirty and sticky I even need to beware not to step on the spilled sauces. This is very upsetting coming from McDonald. I wonder how is the kitchen's cleanliness if the place is already like that. Please give us a clean and comfortable place to have our meals because we deserves it. Where is McDonald's standard of cleanliness in this?
