Service

I order mcdelivery at 9.39a.m. and still did not get my order at 11.12a.m. and it says that estimate time delivery is 10.10a.m. until 10.25a.m and mcdonald just send me the status order are still preparing at 10.25a.m., what is this, i need to wait for almost 2hours and i dont know the status is still preparing, this is so dissappointing... and the app cannot screenshot because of their policy...

Makanan tidak masak

Saya telah pergi ke mcdonald Sultan Azlan Shah Pada jam 0005 (4/5/2022) dan telah membuat pesanan pada jam 001243 dan pesanan dibuat untuk serve ke meja, pada jam 0030 saya turun ke kaunter dan pesanan masih tidak dibuat tetapi pesanan selepas nombor saya sudah siap. Bila bertanya baru nak buat dan bila hampir siap seorang staff ambil makanan saya untuk bagi nombor lain dahulu di depan mata. Bila tanya kata ayam habis dan hendak tukar ke ayam original. Pada jam 0050 baru siap order dan naik untuk makan. Ketika makan, tengok balik ayam tak masak. Turun bawah balik dan staff bising mana ayam tu dan seorang staff lelaki tengok jeling sambil muka tegang, sangat biadap dah lah salah, ayam tak masak dengan betul. Sangat tidak layak untuk bekerja 😡😡

MC delivery

Saya telah membuat pesanan pada 9.22pm 06/02/2021 dengan bayaran penuh tetapi makanan tidak sampai ..apabila kita jejak pesanan no oder tidak sah. Pleae refund.

Dirty and smelly Environment

Vomit Smell, Dirty, Unclean environment. Very old outlet, never carry out renovation. Old and dirty Aircon, poor ventilation system. Wash basin dirty too.
Will complaint to US head quarter soon with photos, if still no improvement.

Hope owner take immediate action, not just spend effort on earn money only.

missing item

saya order delivery tapi ada item missing, saya order pukul 9:14pm terima makanan 10:13pm walaupun dijanjikan pada 9:45pm akan sampai ... bila call balik 3 kali 10:20pm outlet mcd cheras leisure mall tidak ada yang angkat.. saya tak dapat utk makanan GCB mvm ... dgn no order 49-29/09/2019-266678..

Rude staff

Hi, i wanna make a complaint on one your staff at mcdonald section 3 shah alam. One your staff named "Zuera" literally told me to my face "ASAL TAK BAGITAU AWAL-AWAL?" with a very very rude manner asking for a slap in the face when i clearly told the cashier thrice ehhh "THRICE" I don't know whether cashier tu pekak or tengah berangan or simply blur but that's his problem..But me and my friend clearly told him "TAKE AWAY". Please do something about this staff of yours😒 This happened on wednesday, May 16, 2018 around 5.10 pm.

Mishap of service

Visited McDonald in City Square, and kinda surprised with the service delivered. (It will be a long post since it's detailed stories.)


At first we ordered happy meal and 2 pcs ayam goreng McD ala-cart but when payment being made and just about to wait for our foods prepared, the staff claims that the fried chicken was out of stock. It wasn't a big deal, so the staff help out to refund and we change the fried chicken to the prosperity chicken burger. The remaining change was given back and we continue to queue for our food.

While queuing, we notice something in the outlet. There was a customer claimed that they waited over 15 minutes for the pie but haven't get it delivered as promised. Apart from that, the customers before our turn ordered 9 pcs of ayam goreng McD but then they were told that the fried chicken left only 7 pcs and of course they get their refund. Quite disappointed as the staff does not check on with the food on stock before taking customer's ordering and caused unnecessary problems ahead.

That's not the end, when it finally was our turn we notice that the receipt for our order does not comes with the happy meal. We asked for detail and it turns out to be a mistake as the order was cancelled along with the order earlier. What's more was they did receive payment for both order but we only will receive one order IF we did not ask properly about it. The staffs starting to be panic and chaos occurs at the counter, the queue starting to get long and customers were waiting there for them to get on track for what they are doing.
Not to mention about the staff's attitude, the manager on shift was talking to us regarding the matter but one of the staff just interrupted and asked us to wait aside IMPOLITELY with disgusted expression. Is this what a staff should behave? Rude, rude...really didn't expect this coming...

Seriously we think actions should be taken as we were not the only customers leaving there unsatisfied. Management team should work harder in order to get things in line, especially this is F&B industry and a FAST FOOD restaurant. Timing and efficiency should always be in priority, otherwise it wont considered as fast food. Why? For our case, the order being made on 9.55pm, by the time we finally got our orders was on 10.25pm. Impressed..

Not to mention, the staff served us was really good and we learn that she was sorry with what happened. She was the one to get our orders corrected and being polite to us. At least there was something pleased among the incident.

First time ever visit McD with these kind of situation, horrible experience. Sincerely hope that this feedback will make some changes, better for sure.

Makanan dioder tak sampai

Saya oder makanan melalui delivery 3 set tapi hanya dapat satu set sahaja. Call mcd yang hantar juga tak berangkat. Saya pelik takkan tak perasan makanan yang dihantar sedikit tapi jumlah bayaran mahal. Tolong bersikap prihatin tentang hak pengguna..

bad attitude from promoter

I have placed an order at McDonald Sunway Mentari and after 3 hours my order is still not on its way.

At around 7.45PM, the McDelivery person-in-charge ( the malay girl's name is Ismaya) called and told me that the rain was too heavy and whether to cancel my order or not. Aren't she supposed to tell me that they cant send delivery since it's raining and the point is i already waited for 2 hours! When i asked her which branch she's from, she straight away hung up my phone!
I dont think she has the right to hang my phone because i haven finish my words. I have never seen such a rude girl and do such thing to a customer. This is not correct.

Furthermore, there is no clear explanation from the supervisor( her name is Maria). It is not about the rain because i lived about 20mins away from that MCDONALD Branch! The rain stopped in 30 mins time! so they could have send my order! No phone calls,messages from them! Not at all! The customer service is also down, so which phone number shall i call then???
Anyway, the supervisor did apologize but she still owe me an explanation.

I personally have to look up for numbers and called them which is at 10PM! She said my order is on the way now! am i suppose to have that as my dinner or supper now?? Do you think "raining heavily" is really an excuse???

I really hope that they can train their staff well and most important about their attitudes! i will not want this to happen again! This is definitely my worst experience!
