Long delivery wait

I order the breakfast meal for my kids at 10:10am. It is now 11:30 and still haven't received my order. It is ridiculous and my children were getting hungry. Furthermore they have to leave for school in an hours time!
In Mcd system they sent me an email that my order should arrive in 30mins time. But when I called the store they said my order is only leaving now! I am so angry now beyond words as I have been waiting for almost an hour and a half!
