just now i drive-thru Mcd Kulai, Johor at 3/09/2016 @ 3:30-3:40 am to place oder , the product is

1 small porridge
1 Large fries
1 Medium Hot Coffee

What make me disappointed is i got the old coffee. As i am the Coffee lover so i know the taste. The coffee so bitter!! I ask for the new french fries not the old one that already over for holding time 7minutes but still get the old one. But it's ok. Forgiven. And the porridge too, is already over for the holding hour, still i can accept it as a Mcd is going to change to breakfast menu n they are in cleaning progress. But not for the coffee? it just take a few minutes to brew the new one. Store Mgr , pls communicate with your LN mgr to monitor yr LN crew service. It just a cup of coffee, at the early of morning, as i am the cust so i should get the fresh one. Not the over-holding coffee. Im not blame the LN mgr as he/she busy with pos closed but yet, do monitor your crew service often as i am the regular cust at Mcd kulai. If i was a mystery shopper, n gve a negative feedback about yr Services, Your marks/ reputation is going to down as i know you're in Top 10 ranking Mcd Malaysia, don't screw it up. So please Take it as a positive feedback as im gonna come to your mcd from time to time even just for a cup of coffee.....bcs i love Mcd coffee so much! One more thing ,don't scold yr crew mybe he overlooked about the coffee, instead buy him a cup of coffee but the over-holding one. so he know what cust feel n make him more alert about coffee .punishment & get scold by Mgr won't make your staff give good services to cust.
