During 7:30pm we ordered from the McDonald in Petaling Jaya to deliver the food that we ordered. During the call, the center that received the call told us to wait because it was raining and that they would call back to confirm the delivery. After receiving the confirmation call we waited for 2 hours before we called back to confirm our delivery again, the call center directed us to Old Town McDonald(the McDonald in our area), and they told us that they did not prepare our food because they WILL NOT deliver if there is rain. The call center told us they WOULD deliver it when the rain simmers down. When we decided to personally go to Old Town's McDonald's(despite having chosen to use the delivery option expecting convenience), the manager told us that they only recieved our order from the call center at 9:48p.m. but at that time it was only 9:00p.m. therefore their reason did not make sense. If McDonald is not allowed to deliver when there is rain, please do state so on your website and state it clearly.
