I know this is not the Restaurant’s faults. Is more on the production and management problem.
So today morning (26/12/2021 9.20am) I purchases a Combo breakfast meal with Coffee.
And the Coffee cup is leaking….. bottom.
I know sometimes the McCafe cup will leak through the cover.
But this time is in bottom. Not 1 spot but in many spots.
Some more is contained HOT COFFEE. If leaking bottom it will burns the hand!
Is really mess around while holding the cups while heading to workplace.
Please take the action for upgrading the quality of cups!
Really poor idea and plans for customer service.

Today I make a delivery order at 11.15am, but unfortunately, until now, 01.05pm, I not received any delivery &without any kind of notice from you. I already make a payment via my credit card. This is not my first time delivery from you, but you’re getting me to make it my last time. I’m really not happy with your service!!
