My wife and i went to mcdonalds and decided to get a couple of mcfluries . So we decided to get the cadbury one.The mcflury was the worst we ever tasted,.the chocolate was like imitation chocolate.The cream wasn't very much and didn't taste like cadbury at all.The time was about 6:15 on sunday march 31 2019 We frequently go to mcdonalds about twice a week for coffee and bagels or muffens, but this time we were very dissappointed. Awful custermer Service by management

It was Sept 7th approximately 7am and I went to the McDonald's on 72 ave and 4st ne in Calgary AB. Ordered a Med coffee (1 cream 2 sweeteners) and a BLT everything Bagel. Paid and then second window went to retrieve my items, reached over to grab my coffee and it spilled ALL over my dress and burned my left thigh, coffee all over my car in and out, coffee all over the bag with my bagel as well. The response I received from the McDonald's employee was - oopohs. I asked for the Manger and he said what can I do for you - at the end of this he Kalid said to come back and will give me 4 meals for the inconvenience. I think to myself this is reasonable.
I get to work at 7:30am to only find the coffee was half full and the bagel I ordered BLT had egg all smeared inside!

I called complained and was told "Sorry"
I then made arrangements with Kalid to have the 4 meals that night (Sept 7) at 8pm. Kalid said he was off however the other manger will be up to speed and he would write this in the "book". I get to McDonald's ordered my meals and some extra items (which I would pay for) come to the window to pay and they would not honor the 4 meals free! This was the Manager Ronald, he gave me attitude, was rude and disrespectful, he came back and said only 1 free meal, I said NO, he then said ok just 2 free meals, I again said NO and at this point I was getting extremely angry. I told them to call Kalid and have him explain - Ronald said no to me and then Cursed at Kalid's name and not sure if it was at myself as well!!

I was asked to park and wait for them to get this straight, then another manager came to my car Rito, said only 4 free meals can she give me and come inside to pay and pick up! I explained to her that that was what I initially said and do not act like you are doing me a favor as your coffee spilled on me and burnt my leg and I should not be treated like I'm at fault for this!
Went inside received my order checked it and things were missing, She gave me attitude and did not even look at me when I asked tor the missing items. I paid 25$ extra for items that I ordered and when I got home I was missing a cheeseburger, medium fries, no straws no napkins no ketchup, bag was ripped and over all a complete disaster!!! I tried to call the store (403 295-1004) I was put on hold and then hung up on! this occurred 3 times. I was furious and disgusted at the overall situation and behavior of your employees.
I hope everyone know that the Coffee lid was not on the coffee and it burnt my left thigh!!!
