RUDE STAFF
Since my food served is cold and my milo tasteless, i decided to change my milo. Twice they gave me tasteless milo then suddenly one of their staff yelling from the kitchen “kalau 10 orang macam ni rugilah”. In the first place, why did you served tasteless milo if you don’t want to rugi. Then the third time the supervisor/manager served milo with great taste. There you go, don’t add any water to fill up the cup okay.

Beli ayam mcd 9 ketul dgn harga 39 something. Balik2 bukak kotak tengok ada 5 ketul ja. Menyusahkan org nk kena pi balik mcd tu bgtau kata ayam tak cukup. Lain kali tolong fokus buat kerja. Mcdonalds Landmark Kulim. Banyak kali dh terkena. 😓

Non Delivery of Food
I ordered McDonalds delivery on 07/06/2018 and delivery time was 7 Pm. The food was NEVER delivered. I went over to the Mont Kiara Mcdonalds to check since the delivery was suppose to be from there.
I met a lady called Ms.Halimah who was in charge of the place. She found my order and asked if she give to me then. I didn't want and requested for a refund. She told me she wasn't in charge the day of my order and will get another manager, Mr.Iqbal to refund me.
I have not been contacted up till now. Atrocious service.

Presentation of staff
I went to this McDonalds as I do for breakfast every morning. I decided to come in because the drive thru had a long line. I was very taken back to see one of your employees (I think she was the Manager) With LOOSE HAIR flaying around from her head to beyond her back. As she walked around her hair was loosely moving around. Lots of HAIR!!
I found this to be very unprofessional, UNSANITARY and just all out disgusting in the food industry. As I ate my McGriddle, all I could do was think about the young lady (African American) walking around with ALL this LOOSE HAIR, that I simply could not take more than 2 bits of my sandwich. If the team members cannot wear something on their hair at least they can maneuver their hair so ita not FLAYING around. There was a gentleman next to me thinking what I thought as well. I did say something to the young lady that gave me my food, but she looked at me like I was an alien and didn't say 1 word. She just turned around and proceeded do continue her job!!
If I go to this McDonalds again and see all of this loose hair, I'm afraid you will lose a valued customer that has been coming there for sometime now.

Stale and cold food
Went to store #152 on 11/09/2017 at 2:27 pm. Order taker was pleasant but had no clue what she was doing! Buttermilk chicken tenders were stale and dried up. First time I ordered them, so I thought this was just a bad product, but as I ate them I realized they were just dried up from being in the warmer. To make it worse, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make unsweetened tea, so I had nothing to wash the dry food down. My husband’s 1/4 pounder was like a hockey puck and his French fries were cold. We didn’t complain, didn’t to make a scene or wait for fresher food. We eat lunch at McDonald’s often because it is convenient. But won’t return to this restaurant! Very disappointed, as I really wanted to try the chicken fingers. I usually get a grilled chicken salad.

Rude Staff
To whom it concern ,
Today around 9.55pm, I headed to drive thru at McDonald's Giant Jalan Kebun.
I my ordered food, paid bills and waited for them to provide food. I then mentioned I have VIP sticker and requested for the free item as the purchase was rm20 above.
A lady name Azwa Natasyha came to me arrogantly and said usually we need to say that we have VIP sticker upon order. Seriously we don't have any idea that we have to indicate during order. Besides that, we only request when we receive our food . Non of them even mentioned about this previously.
I insist to get the free item with a good manner. Azwa shouted "PUNDEK BETUL" and rudely gave her the free nuggets.
I did not move away from the drive thru and asked her to admit on what she said and she kept on denying. I waited there until she admitted and she only said sorry after being forced by her colleagues.
As a customer , I felt humiliated and I called my husband. We spoke to Mr.Prakash (manager) and he apologize to us. He even refunded the money to us. Azwa came and said she mentioned it too her colleague. Excuse me if she had mentioned to her colleagues why after she said the word , her colleagues looked at me anxiously. Come we are not kids to be fooled. By just saying SORRY will change anything
This seems to be a racism issue as well. Just because we are Indian we are treated in such way is it? Who is she to call me in such a way. And how come McDonald's hire such a cheapskate
This is not a simple matter. If we did not hear it would have been a different issue. However we heard and she did admit. I hope FOMCA can take serious action on this issue. As a consumer I feel very humiliated and felt very .

Terrible service and condition
1) No toilet.
2) Management allows beggar and salesman inside
3) Staff shouting at the counter
4) Lazy staff.. late in cleaning the table causing flies flying over
5) The seats are teared causing cockroaches stay inside
6) Wifi always down.. weird!
7) Staff lepak and smoking in front of the store

McDonalds Delivery Riders
While I was driving and approaching the ss15 roundabout, one of the McDelivery riders got very close to my car at very high speed (considering there was very high traffic). The rider got angry and proceeded to kick and throw what was presumably a drink at my car. I then proceeded to call McDonalds which was attended to promptly. The receptionist informed the that the complaint was already lodged and that a superior would call me to address the issue. It has been exactly one week since the 21st of June 2016 and no action has been taken by McDonalds Malaysia to address or rectify the issue. Being a global brand,k this is not the kind of service or treatment customers should expect from management or staff (especially riders) when they have been wronged.

1/5/2016 00:03 drive thru at Mcdonalds UTM Skudai. I just order family size porridge, 20pcs nuggets,large fries & banana pie. While i was order, i request him for french cheese & black papper mayo for nugget sauce to taste it. However, when i was took my order, i didnt received any kind of nugget sauce & the cashier asking me to switch banana pie to apple pie. What going on ? All item promotion is not ready ? Not more than that, she serving me family porridge without serve two empty bowl. There is still manager TERPACAK over there & another two crew. Why not they double check for the meal ? Totally im so sad and please improve your service even though customer in .

Bad Service
Today on 21/4/2016 at 10.50pm i went to McDonalds at Bandar Country Homes Rawang Selangor by drive through but i have been treated badly by the employee. On the time i need to pay, she clearly stated RM12.15 and i gave her RM22.20 because i dont have exchange. After she passed to me the order which i ordered Chicken mcnugget with set, i carefully checked if i received 6 pieces chicken mcnugget because i have bad experiend before which i received only 4 pieces insted of 6 and i did not make fuss of it, i let it go because i dont have the time and was tired to go back to McD back after drive through. So back to the balance i should receive is supposed to be RM10.05 but instead i received only 5 cent and i explained back that i did gave her RM20 note, she refused and the other collegue or maybe the manager i dont know, tell me to wait infront and she will gave to me back so i waited there until that employee came back and gave me the RM10 balance so i asked her, have she checked the cctv because i dont want to be blame as cheater and she said no she didnt check and just go without apologizing and gave me that look like i was cheating on that. Hello! Execuse me, you can checked the cctv and i can prove you wrong by the way, you supposed to check clearly on the note given by customer because it involved money you know. What i am dissapointed here is the way the employee gave that look on me like i was cheating on her just because it RM10 that it did not look very much but the way she treated customer is so rude. Please take action on this matter seriously, it might become a problem to other customer later. The end.

Rider #171 enggan hantar medium fries
Pada 01/02/2016 jam 11.03pm sy telah membuat pesanan melalui app mcdelivery .. Sy telah menerima pesanan tersebut pada pukul 12.15am dari rider (ABDUL RAZIF) store #171 pandan mewah . Malangnya sy tidak menerima medium fries . Sy telah menghubungi salah satu ryder yg pernah menghantar ke rumah sy (RAHIMAN) untuk minta dia beritahu rider tersebut . RAHIMAN berkata sudah beritahu tetapi rider tersebut "tidak mahu" hantar dan "tidak perlu takut" apa2 jika tk hantar .. malah sy diberi amaran jgn kacau rider .. Sy juga telah menghubungi call centre namun telah kehabisan kredit . Rider dah pun diberitahu tapi tetap berkeras tk mahu hantar .. apa salahnya bgtau staff mdf dan kalau tk percaya boleh hubungi sy segera .. sepatutnya dah tahu , perlu lah ambil tindakan .. kenapa nak tunggu call centre ?? perlu ke sy keluar malam2 untuk beli topup semata2 nak hubungi call centre dan dapatkan medium fries sy ??? siap bagi tips lagi .. dah berbayar dah pun ! bukannya free !!! sebelum ni selalu order tapi tk pernah ada masalah , tapi kali ni sgt2 mengecewakan !!!

new store bad conditional
My husband and I went to this store #152 for lunch today. It is a new store and very nice from the outside. I ask for some drink lids as they were all empty, I also told them the ice machine was not working. They said they would refill it right away, they also said they knew the ice machine wasn't working but no sign. The store was not real busy and there were more dirty tables than clean, the floor was a mess as well. They had a lot of people standing around in the back not caring about the store. We love McDonalds and were very disappointed about the condition of this store and the lack of concern from the staff. We were there about 45 minutes and they did noting to fix things. I have issues about the managers at the facility in Kingsport tn on west stone drive. The managers name is DJ and the general manager. DJ is very very rude on the phone went to complain about a meal and he said his name and said who is this very very rude. I had visitedyour branch at Taman Sutera on 16/8/2012at 5:20 a.m. andhad an unpleasant visit.
The cats were practically roaming around the restaurant and rubbing against my legs. The cats hair were dropping on the table and this was very unpleasant.
The cats were disgusting.I had gone wash my hand and came back to see the cat feeding on the food.I am surprised and disappointed with the cleanliness ofyour saidbranch.
I feel that this has and will cause discomfort to customers.I have taken photos of the cats and will be submitting to the Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru and to the media.
I will bring thisissue to Court and ensure that you guys give priority to cleanliness and hygiene.
